Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Professional Card within a year when she was 17. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In addition, the year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she finished third. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than proud of her placing. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. It is common to warm up prior to an actual training. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
